Phillips "Hop Circle" IPA

This unidentified fermented object has a beautiful fruity aroma, gorgeous frothy head and lovely amber colour.

The taste that follows has a nice medium bitter bite, just enough to give it some credibility, and the finish is clean and enjoyable.

This beer has a nice full body, and it has a great mouthfeel. it just gives me the impression that it is a high quality beer from top to bottom.

The label design is just a little campy, other than that this is a very good IPA.

Phillips Brewing Company "Analogue 78 B Side" Kolsch

Phillips has brewed the rock and roll classic of beers. Named after the 78 record, because “45” was already taken by a shitty beer. This beer ups the rpms and improves the flavor with a classic session beer.

I am having this one as the puck drops in game 3 of the Stanley cup finals. Go Canucks Go.

A mild floral, but mostly grainy aroma, a clean taste, and dry finish give this beer class and personality.

This beer was a surprise in the Phillips Show Pack. I have actually avoided buying this packa because of the time it had their ginger flavored aberration in it. Now that “Gentleman Jim” has been politely asked to leave, I can enjoy the other offerings in this case without punishment.
