This isn’t wee in any sense of the word! This is a big bottle of naturally brewed goodness hailing from Surrey’s own Russell Brewing.

It came as a recommendation from a random guy at the liquor store, so I went for it.

This is a dark beer with a mild head, and a mild aroma of dark chocolate and spice.

When it hits your tongue there is just. Slight nibble (no bite) and then a smooth rich taste.

The aftertaste is long and subtle, like after you eat a piece of dark chocolate.

“This beer has been brewed with a blend if Scottish specialty malts in the style of 19th century 90 shilling scotch ale”

They say anger and love are closely related, and I love this wee angry beer.

As you get farther through this big bottle, and the beer warms up, you get even more flavour.

I am not usually a fan o this type of beer, but this wee angry Scotch Ale is a guilty pleasure.
